Tim Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Polda Jawa Barat kembali merilis perkembangan terbaru proses identifikasi korban pada Senin malam. Hingga pukul 19.00 WIB, total kantong jenazah yang diterima di Posko DVI Polda Jawa Barat berjumlah 50 kantong, setelah adanya kedatangan tambahan 10 kantong jenazah.
Kabid Humas Polda Jawa Barat, Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan, S.I.K., M.H. didampingi kabiddokkes polda jabar, menyampaikan bahwa dari jumlah tersebut, proses post-mortem dan ante-mortem yang berhasil dilakukan mengalami peningkatan.
Hingga malam ini, total 34 korban telah berhasil diidentifikasi, bertambah dari sebelumnya 30 korban. Adapun empat korban yang baru berhasil diidentifikasi dan resmi dirilis pada malam ini adalah PM 41 atas nama Awang Sih (70), teridentifikasi melalui properti, tanda medis, dan medis gigi.
PM 42 atas nama Wati alias Enok (58), teridentifikasi berdasarkan sidik jari dan tanda medis.
PM 43 atas nama Bayu Nur Cahaya (33), laki-laki, teridentifikasi melalui sidik jari dan data odontologi.
PM 44 atas nama Epon (30), perempuan, teridentifikasi berdasarkan sidik jari, gigi, dan data medis.
Tim DVI Polda Jawa Barat memastikan proses identifikasi akan terus dilanjutkan hingga seluruh korban dapat teridentifikasi. Dengan masih adanya kantong jenazah yang belum selesai diproses, tim DVI dijadwalkan kembali bekerja hingga dini hari, sebagaimana dilakukan pada malam sebelumnya.
Polda Jawa Barat mengimbau masyarakat untuk bersabar dan menunggu informasi resmi yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak berwenang, serta menyampaikan komitmen untuk melakukan proses identifikasi secara profesional, teliti, dan mengedepankan aspek kemanusiaan.
