Polda Jabar Libatkan Ojol Kamtibmas Perkuat Keselamatan Lalu Lintas dan Keamanan Masyarakat
Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Barat menggelar Opening Ceremony Gathering Ojol Kamtibmas dalam rangka Hari Bhayangkara ke-80 Tahun 2026. Kegiatan ini menjadi wujud sinergi antara Polri dan komunitas pengemudi ojek online dalam mendukung keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran lalu lintas di wilayah Jawa Barat.
Kapolda Jawa Barat, Irjen Pol. Rudi Setiawan, mengatakan bahwa keberadaan Ojol Kamtibmas memiliki peran strategis sebagai mitra kepolisian di tengah masyarakat.
“Kegiatan ini merupakan wujud nyata sinergi antara Polri dan para pengemudi ojek online yang selama ini menjadi mitra strategis dalam menjaga keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran lalu lintas di wilayah Jawa Barat,” ujar Kapolda Jabar dalam sambutannya, Kamis (18/6/2026)
Dalam kegiatan tersebut, para peserta mendapatkan berbagai materi mulai dari safety riding, wawasan kebangsaan dan ideologi Pancasila, pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan, pengetahuan santunan Jasa Raharja, BPJS, hingga public speaking. Materi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas para pengemudi ojek online sebagai pelopor keselamatan dan mitra kepolisian.
Kapolda Jabar menegaskan bahwa keselamatan berlalu lintas merupakan tanggung jawab bersama seluruh pengguna jalan. Menurutnya, para pengemudi ojek online memiliki posisi penting dalam membangun budaya tertib berlalu lintas karena aktivitas mereka yang sangat dekat dengan kondisi jalan setiap hari.
“Para pengemudi ojek online merupakan kelompok yang sangat dekat dengan aktivitas lalu lintas setiap hari. Oleh karena itu, budaya berkendara yang aman, tertib, disiplin, menggunakan perlengkapan keselamatan secara lengkap, serta mematuhi aturan lalu lintas harus menjadi karakter yang melekat dalam setiap perjalanan,” katanya.
Selain itu, Kapolda Jabar berharap Ojol Kamtibmas dapat menjadi perpanjangan tangan Polri dalam memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat serta membantu menciptakan situasi yang aman dan kondusif.
“Kehadiran Ojol Kamtibmas diharapkan dapat menjadi perpanjangan tangan Polri dalam memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, menyampaikan informasi yang benar, serta membantu menciptakan situasi lalu lintas yang aman dan kondusif di lingkungan masing-masing,” ujar Irjen Pol Rudi Setiawan.
Menutup sambutannya, Kapolda Jabar mengapresiasi seluruh pihak yang terlibat dan berharap program Ojol Kamtibmas terus berkembang menjadi komunitas yang solid dan profesional.
“Saya berharap Program Ojol Kamtibmas terus berkembang menjadi komunitas yang solid, profesional, dan mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi keamanan serta keselamatan masyarakat Jawa Barat,” tuturnya.
Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan mengatakan bahwa Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-80 yang bertujuan memperkuat sinergi antara Polri dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan Jawa Barat yang aman, tertib, dan berkeadaban.
