Kota Bogor-Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak serta Perdagangan Orang (Ditres PPA dan PPO) Polda Jawa Barat resmi menyerahkan tersangka Taufik Hidayat (30) beserta barang bukti (pelimpahan Tahap II) ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Bandung pada Selasa (8/9/2026).
Penyerahan ini dilakukan setelah berkas perkara kasus dugaan kekerasan seksual, penganiayaan berat, dan penyanderaan tersebut dinyatakan lengkap atau P21 oleh pihak kejaksaan.
Aksi keji buruh harian lepas asal Nagreg tersebut diketahui terjadi pada Juni 2026 di kawasan Jalan Raya Cinunuk, Kp. Cijambe, Kecamatan Cileunyi, Kabupaten Bandung, dengan korban seorang wanita bernama Yuvita Tri Rezeki.
Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol Hendra Rochmawan S.I.K., M.H membenarkan bahwa proses penyidikan oleh Ditres PPA dan PPO Polda Jabar telah tuntas.
“Berkas perkara atas nama tersangka Taufik Hidayat sudah dinyatakan lengkap (P21) oleh pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Bandung sesuai surat tertanggal 31 Agustus 2026. Hari ini, Selasa 8 September 2026, penyidik melaksanakan penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti atau Tahap II ke Kejari Kabupaten Bandung di Baleendah,” kata Kombes Pol Hendra Rochmawan, Selasa (8/9/2026)
Kombes Pol. Hendra menjelaskan, sebelum dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan, tersangka telah menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan menyeluruh oleh tim medis Polda Jabar.
“Terhadap tersangka Taufik Hidayat telah dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan di Klinik Polda Jabar pada Senin, 7 September 2026, dan hasilnya yang bersangkutan dinyatakan dalam kondisi sehat,” ujar Kombes Hendra.
Atas perbuatan keji yang dilakukannya, tersangka dijerat dengan pasal berlapis. Tersangka disangkakan Pasal 13 jo Pasal 15 ayat (1) huruf e UU No. 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS) terkait perbudakan seksual dan pemberatan pidana, serta Pasal 451 (Penyanderaan), Pasal 468 ayat (1) (Penganiayaan Berat), Pasal 126 (Perbarengan Pidana), dan Pasal 23 (Pengulangan Tindak Pidana) UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.
“Atas perbuatannya, tersangka terancam hukuman berat mengingat adanya pasal perbarengan dan pengulangan tindak pidana, serta pelanggaran terhadap UU TPKS,” tegas Hendra.
Selain menyerahkan tersangka, pihak penyidik turut menyerahkan sejumlah barang bukti penting yang disita selama proses penyidikan.
Barang bukti tersebut di antaranya 1 buah golok tanpa gagang sepanjang 30 cm, 1 buah golok beserta sarung cokelat, pemantik api berbentuk pistol, 1 unit sepeda motor Yamaha NMAX (D-4417-YDA), foto kondisi korban sebelum dan sesudah penganiayaan, serta flashdisk berisi rekaman CCTV dari lokasi kejadian dan Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin (RSHS) Bandung.
