Kota Bogor – Dalam komitmennya memberantas peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkotika di wilayah hukum Kota Bogor, Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Bogor Kota berhasil mengungkap sebanyak 61 laporan polisi (LP) atau kasus tindak pidana narkoba selama periode 1 Mei hingga 29 Juli 2026. Seluruh barang bukti tersebut diamankan sebagai bagian dari proses penyidikan guna mengungkap jaringan peredaran narkoba yang beroperasi di wilayah Kota Bogor.
Para tersangka dijerat dengan berbagai ketentuan perundang-undangan sesuai jenis tindak pidana yang dilakukan. Untuk perkara narkotika, penyidik menerapkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika serta Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana, dengan ancaman hukuman mulai dari pidana penjara hingga 20 tahun, pidana seumur hidup, bahkan pidana mati terhadap pelaku yang memenuhi unsur sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan.
