Bogor Kota – Dalam upaya mendukung program nasional Swasembada Pangan dan memperkuat Ketahanan Pangan, jajaran Polresta Bogor Kota melaksanakan kegiatan monitoring perkembangan tanaman jagung sekaligus sambang ke lahan pertanian yang berada di wilayah hukumnya.
Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk memantau pertumbuhan tanaman jagung yang menjadi salah satu komoditas strategis dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional. Selain melakukan pengecekan kondisi lahan, petugas juga berdialog dengan para petani guna mengetahui perkembangan tanaman, kebutuhan sarana pertanian, serta kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan.
Kapolresta Bogor Kota menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan monitoring ini merupakan bentuk dukungan nyata Polri terhadap program pemerintah dalam mewujudkan swasembada pangan. Kehadiran personel di tengah masyarakat diharapkan dapat memberikan semangat kepada para petani untuk terus meningkatkan hasil produksi pertanian.
Melalui kolaborasi antara kepolisian, pemerintah daerah, dan kelompok tani, program Ketahanan Pangan di wilayah Polda Jabar diharapkan semakin kuat dan mampu mendukung tercapainya target Swasembada Pangan nasional.
Kegiatan monitoring dan sambang lahan jagung ini akan terus dilaksanakan secara berkala sebagai bentuk pendampingan serta pengawasan terhadap perkembangan sektor pertanian di wilayah Polresta Bogor Kota.
