Kota Bogor- Seluruh tahapan seleksi dilakukan secara terbuka agar peserta dapat mengetahui langsung hasil yang diperoleh pada setiap tes.
Menurut Fadly, transparansi menjadi prinsip utama dalam penerimaan anggota Polri. Setiap peserta dapat melihat nilai hasil ujian secara langsung melalui layar komputer maupun monitor yang tersedia di lokasi tes.
“Selesai tes nilai langsung terpampang di layar, semua peserta bisa melihat hasilnya, baik nilainya sendiri maupun peserta lain,” kata Kombes Pol Fadly Samad dalam keterangannya, Kamis, 27 Mei 2026.
Ia menjelaskan, sistem seleksi terbuka tersebut telah diterapkan sejak beberapa tahun terakhir sebagai bentuk komitmen Polri dalam menghadirkan proses penerimaan yang objektif dan bebas dari praktik kecurangan.
Dengan sistem yang transparan, para peserta juga diberi kesempatan melakukan koreksi apabila merasa terdapat ketidaksesuaian nilai yang muncul saat pelaksanaan tes berlangsung.
“Peserta tes ketika merasa nilainya tidak sesuai, diberikan kesempatan untuk mengoreksi kepada panitia. Mereka juga sudah mengetahui bobot penilaian akademik, psikologi, maupun jasmani. Dengan sistem terbuka ini, calon taruna bisa menghitung sendiri hasil yang diperoleh,” ujarnya.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, seluruh rangkaian seleksi dilakukan dengan pengawasan berlapis. Pengawasan internal melibatkan Itwasda dan Bid Propam Polda Jabar, sedangkan pengawasan eksternal melibatkan unsur organisasi masyarakat untuk memastikan proses berjalan jujur dan profesional.
Fadly menegaskan, seluruh tahapan seleksi harus menjunjung tinggi integritas dan prinsip meritokrasi sebagai bagian dari transformasi Polri Presisi. Menurutnya, tidak ada perlakuan khusus bagi peserta tertentu karena seluruh proses dilakukan berdasarkan kemampuan masing-masing.
Tahapan seleksi dimulai dari pendaftaran online dan verifikasi administrasi, kemudian dilanjutkan pemeriksaan administrasi awal (rikmin awal), pemeriksaan kesehatan tahap pertama (rikkes 1), tes psikologi berbasis Computer Assisted Test (CAT), hingga tes akademik, komputer, Mental Ideologi (MI), dan Penelusuran Mental Kepribadian (PMK).
Selanjutnya peserta mengikuti pemeriksaan kesehatan tahap kedua (rikkes 2), tes kesamaptaan jasmani, wawancara PMK dan psikologi, hingga pemeriksaan administrasi akhir (rikmin akhir) sebagai tahapan penentu kelulusan akhir.
Sebelum memasuki ruang ujian, peserta menjalani pemeriksaan ketat untuk memastikan tidak membawa perangkat komunikasi ataupun alat lain yang berpotensi digunakan untuk berbuat curang selama tes berlangsung.
“Tes CAT ini dirancang untuk mengukur potensi dan karakter peserta secara objektif. Setiap peserta memiliki kesempatan yang sama, dan hasilnya murni berdasarkan kemampuan masing-masing,” tutur Fadly.
Ditegaskan, melalui proses seleksi yang profesional, objektif, dan transparan, Polda Jawa Barat berkomitmen menghasilkan calon anggota Polri yang unggul, berintegritas, serta siap menjadi pelindung, pengayom, dan pelayan masyarakat di masa mendatang.
Sementara itu, Kabagbinkar Ro SDM Polda Jabar AKBP Condro Sasongko mengatakan, keterbukaan dalam proses seleksi menjadi kunci utama untuk membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi Polri.
“Polda Jabar memastikan tidak ada jalan pintas dalam seleksi penerimaan anggota Polri, baik Taruna Akpol, Bintara, maupun Tamtama. Setiap peserta yang lulus adalah mereka yang benar-benar memenuhi kriteria kemampuan dan integritas,” ujar Condro.
