Kota Bogor- Kapolda Jawa Barat Irjen Pol. Dr. Rudi Setiawan, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., memimpin langsung kegiatan Serah Terima Jabatan (Sertijab) Pejabat Utama (PJU) serta Kapolres jajaran di lingkungan Polda Jawa Barat. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada Senin, 5 Januari 2026, bertempat di Aula Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Jabar.
Kapolda Jabar Irjen Rudi Setiawan mengatakan bahwa Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari dinamika organisasi Polri sebagai upaya pembinaan karier, penyegaran, serta peningkatan kinerja satuan kerja dan kewilayahan.
Kapolda Jawa Barat menegaskan bahwa mutasi jabatan merupakan hal yang wajar dan strategis dalam organisasi Polri guna menjawab tantangan tugas yang semakin kompleks.
“Serah terima jabatan ini adalah bagian dari kebutuhan organisasi untuk menjaga kesinambungan kepemimpinan, meningkatkan profesionalisme, serta memastikan pelayanan kepolisian kepada masyarakat tetap optimal, responsif, dan humanis,” tegasnya.
Kapolda Jabar juga menyampaikan apresiasi dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada para pejabat lama atas dedikasi, loyalitas, dan pengabdian selama bertugas di Polda Jawa Barat, serta mengucapkan selamat bertugas kepada pejabat baru agar segera beradaptasi dan melanjutkan program kerja yang telah berjalan.
“Saya berharap para pejabat yang baru dapat segera menyesuaikan diri, membangun soliditas internal, memperkuat sinergi dengan seluruh elemen masyarakat, serta menjaga situasi kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif di wilayah Jawa Barat,” pungkasnya.
