KOTA BOGOR – Upaya menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (harkamtibmas) terus dilakukan oleh jajaran Polresta Bogor Kota. Salah satunya melalui langkah aktif Bhabinkamtibmas Balumbang Jaya Polsek Bogor Barat yang mengajak warga untuk kembali menghidupkan kegiatan ronda malam sebagai bentuk partisipasi bersama dalam menjaga lingkungan.
Kegiatan tersebut sejalan dengan arahan Kapolresta Bogor Kota, Kombes Pol Eko Prasetyo, yang menekankan pentingnya mengaktifkan kembali sistem keamanan lingkungan (siskamling) dan ronda malam di setiap wilayah. Langkah ini dinilai efektif dalam mencegah potensi tindak kejahatan serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan masyarakat.
Kapolsek Bogor Barat, AKP Didin Komarudin, S.H., M.H., menyampaikan bahwa kebersamaan antara polisi dan masyarakat dalam kegiatan ronda memberikan dampak positif bagi situasi keamanan.
“Bersama warga lakukan ronda, berikan edukasi dan motivasi sehingga warga terpacu untuk bersama-sama menjaga kamtibmas yang kondusif,” ujarnya, Minggu (30/11/2025).
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa kejahatan dapat diminimalisir ketika kesempatan untuk pelaku melakukan aksinya berhasil ditutup.
“Dengan adanya kegiatan ronda, minimal dapat menghilangkan kesempatan bagi pelaku untuk melancarkan aksinya. Ingat, tindak pidana terjadi bukan hanya ada niat dari pelaku, tapi karena adanya kesempatan,” pungkas Kapolsek.
Bertempat di RW 11 Kelurahan Balumbang Jaya, Bhabinkamtibmas Aiptu Juli Widianto terlihat aktif mendampingi warga dalam pelaksanaan ronda malam. Kehadiran polisi di tengah masyarakat diharapkan mampu memberikan rasa aman sekaligus meningkatkan kedekatan emosional antara warga dan aparat kepolisian.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Aiptu Juli juga mengimbau masyarakat agar tidak segan melaporkan segala bentuk tindak pidana, gangguan kamtibmas, maupun keluhan lainnya melalui WhatsApp Hotline Kapolresta Bogor Kota di nomor 085889110110, yang aktif selama 24 jam.
Polresta Bogor Kota berharap kegiatan seperti ini dapat terus berjalan secara berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari sinergi polisi dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, nyaman, dan kondusif.
