Jabar. Polda Jawa Barat (Jabar) menangkap 145 pelaku premanisme dalam pelaksanaan Operasi Pekat II Lodaya 2025 yang digelar sejak 1 Mei lalu. Operasi ini memang menyasar aksi-aksi premanisme yang dinilai mengganggu keamanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat di wilayah hukum Jabar.
Kapolda Jabar Irjen Pol. Rudi Setiawan S.I.K., S.H., M.H. mengatakan, berdasarkan data hingga hari kedelapan, 36 dari 145 adalah yang sudah ditargetkan. Sebab, sebelumnya ada 44 yang sudah ditargetkan oleh penyidik.
“36 dari 44 target operasi berhasil diungkap atau setara dengan 81,82 persen dari total target yang ditetapkan,” ujar Irjen Rudi Setiawan, Jumat (9/5/25).
Menurutnya, kepolisian juga mengamankan 109 pelaku non-target dan mencatat 98 korban. Selain itu, Polda Jabar sudah menangani 99 kasus premanisme yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah, termasuk terminal, pasar tradisional, proyek pembangunan, hingga kawasan sengketa tanah dan hiburan malam.
Beragam barang bukti berhasil disita, antara lain 42 bilah senjata tajam, 1 airsoft gun, 15 sepeda motor, 4 mobil, 8 ponsel, 46 dokumen, dan uang tunai sebesar Rp 1.320.500.
“Operasi ini melibatkan 935 personel, terdiri dari 185 anggota Polda dan 750 anggota dari satuan wilayah jajaran,” ujar Kapolda.
Ditegaskan Kapolda Jabar, operasi ini merupakan bentuk nyata kehadiran negara dalam menjamin rasa aman bagi masyarakat.
“Polda Jabar serius dan konsisten dalam menindak segala bentuk premanisme yang meresahkan warga. Operasi ini tidak hanya untuk penindakan, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk pencegahan melalui kegiatan intelijen dan pembinaan masyarakat. Kami juga menyasar pelaku-pelaku yang beroperasi secara digital,” jelasnya.
Ia menambahkan, Polda Jabar berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan patroli dan pengawasan di titik-titik rawan. Selain itu, membuka ruang komunikasi dengan masyarakat agar lebih berani melapor bila mengalami atau menyaksikan aksi premanisme.
“Polda Jabar optimistis dapat menuntaskan operasi ini dengan hasil maksimal, menciptakan situasi kamtibmas yang kondusif dan mendukung pertumbuhan investasi di Jawa Barat,” ungkapnya.
Selama pelaksanaan Operasi Pekat II, Ditreskrimum Polda Jabar bersama satuan wilayah juga berhasil mengungkap sejumlah kasus pemerasan dan pungli yang dilakukan oleh pelaku premanisme di berbagai lokasi. Di antaranya, pengungkapan praktik pungli di Pasar Caringin Kota Bandung yang dilakukan oleh kelompok pelaku yang memaksa sopir kendaraan niaga membayar uang parkir tanpa dasar hukum, serta aksi premanisme penjualan minuman secara paksa. Di Ciamis, Polisi menangkap sekelompok pelaku yang melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang dan barang di Pasar Ramadan, yang sempat viral di media sosial.
Selain itu, dalam unjuk rasa Hari Buruh (Mayday) di Taman Dago Kota Bandung, seorang mahasiswa diamankan karena membawa senjata tajam dan tongkat pemukul serta terjadi pengrusakan berat yang dilakukan 3 pelaku terhadap mobil patroli milik Polsek Kiaracondong dan tersangka kini ditahan di Mapolda Jabar.
Di sisi lain, Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan S.I.K., M.H menuturkan, di wilayah Subang premanisme juga terungkap di kawasan industri Smartpolitan dan pabrik keramik, di mana sopir logistik dipaksa membayar pungutan keamanan fiktif. Kasus serupa terjadi di Pasar Bogor, dengan modus penjualan kue secara paksa kepada pedagang, yang dilakukan oleh pelaku dengan rekam jejak panjang dalam kegiatan pungli. Bahkan, praktik pungutan parkir liar yang dikendalikan oleh individu bersenjata tajam juga berhasil dibongkar di sekitar Cafe Bajawa, Kota Bogor.
