KOTA BOGOR – Polsek Bogor Selatan Polresta Bogor Kota berhasil mengungkap kasus tindak pidana penipuan bermodus mengaku anggota kepolisian yang terjadi di Kampung Cibeureum RT 002/008, Kelurahan Mulyaharja, Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, pada Kamis (21/8/2025) sekitar pukul 01.30 WIB.
Kejadian bermula saat korban Alfi Permana dihentikan oleh dua orang pelaku ketika sedang mengendarai sepeda motor Honda Spacy. Kedua pelaku berpura-pura sebagai anggota Polsek Bogor Selatan dan meminta korban menunjukkan STNK kendaraannya. Karena tidak membawa STNK, korban diarahkan untuk mengambilnya ke rumah, sementara sepeda motor korban diamankan oleh salah seorang pelaku.
Setibanya di rumah, korban mengambil STNK, namun pelaku yang mengantarnya sudah menghilang. Korban kemudian mendatangi Polsek Bogor Selatan, dan baru menyadari bahwa dirinya telah menjadi korban penipuan karena tidak ada anggota yang mengamankan sepeda motornya. Atas kejadian tersebut, korban mengalami kerugian materil sebesar Rp 5.000.000,-.
Unit Reskrim Polsek Bogor Selatan yang melakukan penyelidikan akhirnya berhasil mengidentifikasi dan mengamankan dua tersangka, yakni Karunia Putra Harefa dan Rahmat Abdullah. Dari tangan pelaku, polisi juga menyita barang bukti berupa satu unit sepeda motor Honda Spacy, STNK, BPKB, serta kunci kontak.
Kapolresta Bogor Kota Kombes Pol Eko Prasetyo melalui Kapolsek Bogor Selatan Akp Sonson menegaskan bahwa kedua pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 378 KUHP tentang Penipuan, dengan ancaman pidana penjara maksimal 4 tahun.
“Kami mengimbau masyarakat agar lebih waspada dan tidak mudah percaya terhadap orang yang mengaku sebagai anggota kepolisian, apalagi tanpa menunjukkan tanda pengenal yang sah. Segera hubungi Call Center 110 atau nomor Kapolresta Bogor Kota 085889110110 jika menemukan kejadian serupa,” tegas Kapolsek.
Saat ini, kedua pelaku telah ditahan di Polresta Bogor Kota untuk menjalani proses hukum lebih lanjut, sementara berkas perkara akan segera dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bogor.
